San Marcos - 100% Mexican

Founded in 1949 in Puebla, Mexico, San Marcos originally specialised in can production for the local area packing plants. Later that year a bountiful harvest of Serrano chilies in the sun-soaked fields inspired them to provide fresh, high-quality canned produce spanning off from their bread and butter.

As one of the pioneers of delicious canned products, San Marcos has kept critical steps in their production process to ensure they are preserving ingredients at their optimal state - their seed cleaning and nipping is still carefully handled by local workers.
